Shelby joined the construction industry in 2016 and now leads the People and Culture team at Kindred Construction as the Director, People and Culture. As a culture driver and empathetic leader, Shelby’s goal is to create a culture of equal opportunity for all through continuous coaching, training & development, and driving community engagement. She is passionate about creating spaces where everyone feels welcomed and valued which is in natural alignment with the CCW’s mission to engage members and attract & retain women in the construction industry.
