Shelby joined the construction industry in 2016 and now leads the People and Culture team at Kindred Construction as the Director of People + Culture. A champion of people strategy, culture, and inclusion, she is dedicated to fostering equitable opportunities through community engagement, coaching decision-makers, and creating pathways for underrepresented groups. Passionate about building environments where everyone feels welcomed and valued, Shelby’s work aligns with CCW’s mission to engage members and attract and retain women in the construction industry. She previously served as CCW’s Director of Community before stepping into the Vice President role in 2025.
