Megan is an integral member of the Project Management Team at Unitech Construction Management, leading complex, multi-million-dollar projects across municipal, residential, and education sectors. She has over a decade of project management experience, holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from Simon Fraser University, a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, and a Professional Gold Seal Certification through the Canadian Construction Association. Her core strengths include leading cross-functional teams, cultivating strong stakeholder relationships, and exceeding client expectations while delivering successful projects on time and on budget.
Megan is passionate about promoting equality and inclusivity within the industry and encouraging women to share their insight and experiences through mentorship and collaboration. She is excited and grateful for the opportunity to join the Board of Directors and is looking forward to taking a lead role in advancing the organization’s mission to empower and support women in the industry.
