Annie David is a Professional Quantity Surveyor and commercial professional with over 23 years of international experience across South Africa and Canada. Her career spans consulting, contractor, and client-side advisory environments, delivering cost management, commercial leadership, procurement, financial governance and alternative dispute resolution across infrastructure, commercial, healthcare, residential, industrial, aviation and complex fit-out projects.
Annie has held senior roles responsible for project financial strategy, contract administration, risk and opportunity management, claims and change management, and executive-level commercial reporting. Her experience working within multidisciplinary consultancies, construction firms, and owner organizations gives her a 360-degree understanding of the project lifecycle — from feasibility and funding through to delivery, close-out, and asset performance.
In addition to her professional practice, Annie is an active leader within the quantity surveying profession. She serves as a BC Chapter Executive with the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS), where she supports professional development, industry engagement, and the advancement of the QS profession in Canada.
